Accessibility – Digital Service Standard

On 1 July 2015 the Digital Transformation Office became responsible for whole-of-government web guidance and the Web Guide has been superseded by the Digital Service Standard.

The content on the Web Guide remains available to assist research and may contain references to policies or guidance that have no current application. Refer to the disclaimer for more information.

The Digital Service Standard establishes the criteria that Australian Government digital services must meet to ensure our services are simpler, faster and easier to use. Meeting the criteria means we can consistently provide high quality services and satisfy our users’ needs.
