VCOSS and Pathways Australia have partnered to create a range of opportunities for VCOSS members including free and discounted training and a no-cost advisory service.
Pathways Australia has a strong commitment to providing high quality and affordable training and professional development programs specifically tailored to the needs of the community services sector. Pathways Australia provides a unique combination of services, tools and resources including assisting with human resources management, organisation reviews, recruitment, board and management training, strategic planning and more.
Pathways Australia will offer two places to VCOSS members at no cost for all scheduled training in 2018. These monthly places will be advertised to members (category 1-5) through an email from VCOSS, and members will need to register via this online form for a chance to secure a free spot.
It is an expectation that members who attend a training will provide feedback on their experience to VCOSS through a short post-event survey. This feedback helps to maintain and build on our partnership and continue to offer our members exclusive opportunities.
