Mindfulness meditation has proven value with wonderful results in many settings. However, much more is possible by combining it with a practice called Grounding. This enables practitioners to extend the use of mindfulness to many more settings and processes that are often currently thought to be beyond the immediate value of mindfulness. By combining mindfulness with grounding, many of these limitations no longer apply and many other outcomes become possible. The workshop will involve expanding mindful processes by integrating them with grounding, an orientation for engaging mindfully with people troubled by many different, situations, events and people. Grounding produces powerful change, encourages equilibrium, and natural resolutions. Since its first development in the late 1970s, thousands of people have tested it personally and professionally.
