Designed to provide a refresher or as an introduction for new managers or team leaders ‘Recruiting for Success’ offers a comprehensive overview of the principles of the recruitment and selection process. Participants will explore processes and skills for effective recruitment and selection.

Designed to complement the ‘Recruiting for Success’ workshop, “Retaining and Engaging New Staff” looks at the importance of first impressions and induction when engaging new staff. It provides useful tools for managers to assist in planning and monitoring the new recruit’s progress in their initial relationship with the organisation.
