New Managers – 9.15 until 12pm
This session explores some of the hidden traps you might encounter when moving into a manager position in the community sector and how to ‘manage’ them successfully. Designed for newly promoted managers and team leaders, and for managers who are new to the community sector or who have never had any structured manager training.

Communication for Managers – 1pm to 4.30pm
Communication is the basis of all human relationships. Within the workplace, relationships can make or break understandings, effectiveness and wellbeing. This session explores communication methods and strategies to improve your approach to building clarity and responsibility within relationships in the workplace.

These workshops are designed for newly promoted managers and team leaders, and for managers who are new to the community sector or who have never had any structured manager training.

You can attend one or both of these workshops.

The workshop includes arrival tea and coffee, morning tea and afternoon tea.
