Mindfulness is the relationship we have with ourselves, others, the planet and with each moment.
This four hour experiential workshop facilitated by will teach you how to use mindfulness to:
be kinder and more compassionate towards yourself and others
enjoy increased emotional intimacy with yourself and the people around you
resolve conflict more effectively.
This workshop is hosted by the Social Work Yoga and Mindfulness Practice Group and supported by the Victorian Branch, and the presenter is Dr Richard Chambers.
The workshop will be followed by a networking lunch (1:30 – 2:30pm – included in the price) and the Social Work Yoga and Mindfulness Practice Group Meeting (2:30-3:30pm) (new members welcome.
