Effectively Manage and Prevent Workplace Bullying

October 19 @ 9:00 am

| $320

If you have experienced bullying issues in the workplace, you know how challenging it is. Things don’t go smoothly. Absenteeism is high and those who are at work are distracted and distressed. Staff aren’t achieving targets and good staff are walking out the door. As a result, you are losing money. On top of all this, you have a legal and ethical responsibility to provide a safe workplace.

This workshop is designed to help you prevent and manage workplace bullying. Based on up -‐to -‐date knowledge of workplace bullying and legislation, it will help you build a bullying resilient workplace.

This course is suitable for frontline or WHS/OHS managers and supervisors who manage staff and workplace bullying incidents.

In this workshop you will learn:
Legal and behavioural definitions of bullying
The impact of bullying in the workplace
The reasons that bullying occurs
The impact of bullying on the target and assessing the risk
Practical strategies for managing workplace bullying
Shifting the culture – preventing bullying in the workplace
Understanding and preventing bullying using a risk management framework
