Managing workplace relationships of your team is critical to personal wellbeing and organisational success. This success hinges on the ability of your staff to manage their emotions in order to avoid miscommunication, resolve conflicts, understand personality differences and build a cohesive work environment. Participants in this workshop will learn how to identify and manage different behavioural styles; to understand how team members relate to each other and strengthen workplace relationships through brain friendly communication techniques. Training will be practically oriented and presented in an experiential format to assist managers and team leaders to manage conflict and enhance workplace relationships.

Karen Morris is a Counsellor, Supervisor and Trainer with over 30 years’ experience in clinical and operational management. She has served as a CEO in the not-for-profit sector and developed a range of evidence-based programs and services including work with disadvantaged and disenfranchised clients. Karen’s passion is clinical work, and has developed cutting edge programs and resources for both adults and children. Her key areas of expertise and interest are relationship counselling, supervision, working with children and management coaching. Karen currently holds the position of Principal Practitioner at FMC Mediation and Counselling, and is also a Director at People Potential Group, a private consultancy providing services in Clinical Supervision, Staff Coaching, and Professional Development.
